PALO ALTO, CA., October 21, 2010-- CafeBots, a stealth startup founded by Stanford PhDs, announced today it has closed an initial funding round of $5 million led by venerable venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers

CafeBots is the first company dedicated to Friend Relationship Management. By building applications that are useful, fun and scalable CafeBots wants to let people extract more information from and make better use of their social graphs. CafeBots was founded by a team of Stanford PhDs and is the first investment from Kleiner Perkins’ SFund
